Here’s a few shots from some recent senior portrait sessions…. These two love-birds from West Monroe High wanted to have their sessions done at the same time, and it turned out to be a really fun photo session. We had quite a caravan running around downtown, I think it was 4 cars, with about 7 people, maybe it was 17…. but anyway, it was lots of photos and some fun along the way. Here are a few favorites…

A few weekends ago I had the privilege of photographing the wedding of for one of my favorite couples ever… Amy & Tim. These two have both been super to work with and we were able to fun from the engagements all the way through the Wedding day. Congrats to the both of you… I must say that the two of you really seem to have something special together, and I wish every couple had as much fun as the two of you seem to have. Here are a few shots from the wedding, and there’ll be plenty more in just a few more days. I hope the honeymoon was as much fun as it sounded like…. (a cruise around Hawaii)

This past weekend I had a senior portrait session with Ashley from West Monroe High. I knew it was going to be hot… but there’s just something about 103 degree heat that you can’t really prepare for. Well… thank goodness for good ol AC… that’s what kept us goin. We went downtown and found some great spots for a whole bunch of super fun photos. Ashley… it was my pleasure to photograph you. And Aaron was pretty much a pro with the reflector.

These images are from a wedding a couple of weekends ago. Kayla and Aaron were great to photograph, and it was nice to be a part of such a beautiful wedding for a fun couple. There were are always way too many images that I want to post, but I have to stop somewhere… here are few that stood out.

A couple of weekends ago I had beautiful wedding at Pine Hills Country Club. Mandy and Jason have been together since their days at West Ouachita High… So needless to day, these two really had the love thing goin on. It was a hot hot day, with a bit of a rain scare, but in end it all came together for a gorgeous outdoor ceremony and a happnin reception back up the hill at the country club. Here are a few of my favorites.. (and I’d like to send a big thanks to Amber Faul for all the great help while second shooting).

These are a few images from another one of our Crazies (www.thecraziesforum.com) meetings… This was last Thursday in Ruston, and let me tell ya, we had a great time. We pretty much filled Cicero’s, a new Italian restaurant in Ruston, to the brim, and then we rushed outside to use the last few minutes of daylight for some photos. Here are a few that I was able to grab… I’ve been experimenting with some textures in my processing as some of you may have noticed…. it’s not a standard thing for my post processing, but it’s fun to try something different.
